MEET JAY

Jay's path into powerlifting started in the Royal Marines, where he completed one of the most physically and mentally demanding selection processes in the British military. Commando training built a level of discipline and structure that carried straight into the gym once his service ended, and it wasn't long before that same relentlessness turned into results: Great Britain international powerlifter, 2x English Champion, and still competing for more.

That's the standard Jay coaches to.
